CoBuilders Sales
AI operating system for Swedish sales teams
Every morning, today's call list is ready: who each rep should call, why, and what to say. Calls are made in the browser and everything is logged back to your CRM automatically.
Swedish company registries, transcription built for Swedish, calls from the rep's own number.

The problem
Developers have used AI for years. Sales has barely started.
Sales is messy. The data sits in three systems, the ball is with the customer and nobody follows up, and half the day goes to the CRM instead of the phone. No rep solves that alone.
14 %
of sales teams use AI every week
4.2 hrs
per rep per day on anything but customers
62 %
of the contacts in your CRM are wrong or out of date
Built for Sweden, not translated into Swedish
01
Swedish company registries as the source.
Prospecting pulls company registration numbers, contact details and the buying group, meaning the right decision makers with direct numbers and email, plus company data such as size and revenue. The registration number is the key between CoBuilders and your CRM, so duplicates never appear.
02
Your phone system stays untouched.
The rep verifies their usual number and calls straight from the browser. No integration with your telephony, no new app to carry, no procurement with the operator. It works whatever PBX you have.
03
Transcription built for Swedish.
Dialect, industry jargon and reps who switch between Swedish and English mid sentence. Call scripts, summaries and follow-up emails are written in Swedish.
04
Data inside the EU and support in Stockholm.
A DPA as standard, the Swedish DPA authority's guidelines, and a project manager who speaks Swedish and knows Swedish buying processes.
Four parts, one flow
Prospecting fills the list. Flow sets the order. The admin agent handles the aftermath. The call review gives the feedback.
CoBuilders connects to your CRM and you keep it exactly as it is. Your telephony stays untouched: the rep verifies their number and starts calling. You review and approve, and nothing reaches your CRM without your approval.
The call list fills itself.
Prospecting draws on the Swedish company registries and fills in what your CRM is missing: registration number, direct number, email and the name of the decision maker. It also finds new companies that match your ideal customer profile. 10 to 20 new names a day, ready to call. Everything is reviewed and approved before it is written to the CRM.

What's on the list today?
Every row on the list is a finished next step: who, why, and a button that does it.
New prospect. Call script ready: open with the outage they mentioned in the trade press.
The ball has been in their court for 14 days. The quote was opened twice last week.

”Hi Rebecca, thanks for the call. As promised: the calculation we discussed, and two times for…”
Written from the transcript. Review and send.

Rep: How do you handle follow-ups today?
Customer: Honestly, mostly in my head and in Excel.
Rep: What does it cost you when something slips through?
Customer: We probably lose a couple of deals a quarter.
Flow
Every rep knows their next step. Every morning.
Flow weighs everything in the pipeline and shows the one next step worth the most right now, with full context: history, role, call script and what happened last time. When you are done, the list moves to the next row.
In practice
What Monday morning feels like
08:30
The list is ready
You open CoBuilders. The list is already set: new prospects at the top, two deals that need a nudge, one customer due for a check-in.
08:35
Call block
You call straight from the browser, from your own number. Before every call: history, company news, call script. During the call everything is transcribed live.
10:30
The admin agent
Every call summarised, the outcome set in the CRM, the follow-up emails waiting as drafts. Review and send. The ones who said no have been removed.
10:45
Call review
Three strengths and three things to try in the next call, with exact wording.

A call review on every call.
As if your sales manager sat in on every call. After each completed call the rep gets what worked, what could be better and exactly how it sounded, word for word. No scores, no ranking. Two measures are tracked over time: the rep's share of talk time and the number of questions asked.

Security you don't have to think about.
Transcripts and insights are stored encrypted inside the EU. You control the retention period. CoBuilders acts as data processor and signs a DPA as standard.

The price
Per rep, per month.
The exact price depends on team size and setup. We go through it in the demo.
SEK 0 setup fee · SEK 0 hidden costs
The rollout
Pilot week one. Full rollout week two.
It's SaaS, not a systems project. A dedicated project manager connects your CRM, configures your call scripts and runs the pilot with the team. Your telephony stays untouched.
Nothing is migrated your systems and habits stay
The support
Support sits in Stockholm.
The team knows Swedish buying processes: long decision paths, public procurement, and the fact that July is quiet. Your project manager stays on after go-live.
Stockholm support in Swedish
Works with the systems you already use
And your phone system? It needs no integration. The rep verifies their usual number and calls straight from the browser, whatever PBX you have.
More integrations are on the way. Upsales and Lime are next in line.
Questions
Common questions
Most teams are fully live within two weeks. A dedicated project manager handles the whole setup: connects your CRM, configures your call scripts and runs a pilot with the team. Your telephony stays untouched, the rep verifies their number and starts calling. No migration, no data move, no disruption to how you work today.
Pipedrive, HubSpot and Salesforce work out of the box. Upsales and Lime are next in line. If you use either of them, get in touch and we'll tell you where we stand. CoBuilders sits as a layer on top of your existing CRM: your data stays where it is and everything is written back automatically.
No. CoBuilders is not a CRM. It sits on top of yours and makes it work harder. Your reps still work in the tools they know. CoBuilders enriches the data, sets today's list, makes the calls in the browser and writes the outcome back.
Calls are made straight from the app, in the browser, from the rep's own verified number, whatever PBX or operator you have. During the call everything is transcribed live in Swedish. Afterwards the call is summarised, the outcome is logged in your CRM and a follow-up email is prepared for review. Incoming calls go to the rep's usual phone as before.
No. The admin agent writes the draft from the call, but the rep reads, edits and approves every email before it goes out. The same goes for everything else: nothing is written to your CRM and nothing is sent to your customers without human approval.
CoBuilders handles research, preparation, admin and analysis. It finds new names, enriches data, sets today's list, prepares call scripts, transcribes the calls and drafts the follow-ups. The rep does what people do best: builds relationships, drives discovery, negotiates and closes. Every action is transparent and nothing reaches your CRM without human approval.
What happens is a call review, the same thing as a manager sitting next to you today, except on every call. The rep gets strengths, improvements and ready-made wording. No scores, no ranking, no leaderboard. The manager sees the same reports, filterable per person and period, and coaches on data instead of gut feeling.
We are live with our first customers and building outcome data now. What we can promise today: 10 to 20 reviewed new names a day, zero call notes to write, and full rollout within two weeks. Book a demo and we'll show you what it looks like for real.
CoBuilders acts as data processor. Your organisation is the data controller. That means you keep full control of your data.
Your CRM data stays in your CRM. CoBuilders reads and enriches data through API integrations but does not replace your existing systems. Call transcripts and AI-generated insights are stored encrypted inside the EU and linked to your CRM. You decide the retention period and can request deletion at any time.
We provide a data processing agreement (DPA) as standard when signing. Your data is stored inside the EU. Subprocessors outside the EU are used only under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses, and are held to the same requirements. We follow the guidelines of the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) and can assist with data protection impact assessments (DPIA).
Pricing is per user per month. The exact price depends on team size and your setup. Book a demo and we'll go through it. No standard packages, no hidden costs.
Yes. Interface, call transcription, AI-generated call scripts and follow-up emails: all of it works in Swedish. The system also handles bilingual settings where reps switch between Swedish and English.
Yes. Our team is based in Sweden and we support in Swedish. Your dedicated project manager speaks Swedish and understands how Swedish buying processes and business relationships work.
Give your team the right next step. Every morning.
Every day your team guesses which name to call and what to say is lost revenue. CoBuilders replaces the guessing with a finished list, calls in the browser and a CRM that updates itself.
